平素はNTTコミュニケーションズ ECL for ERPをご利用いただき誠にありがとうございます。
サービス基盤の品質向上のため、以下の日時で仮想化基盤管理ソフトウェアのバージョンアップ工事を実施いたします。
長時間の工事となりお客様にはご不便をおかけしますがご理解のほど何卒よろしくお願い申し上げます。

■サービス影響
メンテナンス期間中は、ECL4ERPポータルへのアクセス(GUI/API)ができません。
なお、お客様テナント環境(ネットワーク、仮想マシン、ストレージ、バックアップ等)への影響はありません。

■お客様への依頼事項
・メンテナンス期間中に実行予定のAPIについては、メンテナンスの事前もしくは事後に、お客様にて実行をお願いします。
・メンテナンス期間中のお問い合わせは、通常通りチケットシステムにてご連絡ください。

We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the long maintenance time and appreciate your understanding.

-Schedule:
2025/Apr/19(Sat) 22:00 - 2025/Apr/20(Sun) 20:00 [JST]

-Target Datacenter:
Tokyo DC
Osaka DC

-Service Impact:
During the above maintenance period, access to the ECL4ERP Portal (GUI/API) will be obstruct.
There are no impact to the customer tenant such as Network, Virtual Machine, Storage, Backup, etc.

-Request to Customer
API accesses scheduled to be executed during the maintenance period should be executed by the customer before or after the maintenance.
Any inquiry during the maintenance time, please use ticket system as usual.
