平素はNTTドコモビジネス ECL for ERPをご利用いただき誠にありがとうございます。
先般ご案内いたしましたメンテナンス作業のご案内において、サービス影響に関する記載内容に誤りがございました。

サービス影響について「数秒程度の通信遅延が最大6回発生」と記載しておりましたが、
当該記載は誤記であり、正しくは「数秒程度の通信断が最大6回発生」となります。
誤った内容をご案内し、お客様にご迷惑ならびにご心配をおかけしましたことを深くお詫び申し上げます。
つきましては、下記の通りサービス影響の内容について変更させていただきます。

■変更後のサービス影響
メンテナンス期間中の22時～3時の時間帯において、数秒程度の通信断が最大6回発生する可能性があります。
なお、想定外事象が発生し工程を切り戻す際には、メンテナンス期間の中で同様の通信影響が発生します。

お客様にはご不便をおかけしますがご理解のほど何卒よろしくお願い申し上げます。

■サービス影響
メンテナンス期間中の22時～3時の時間帯において、数秒程度の通信遅延が最大6回発生する可能性があります。
なお、想定外事象が発生し工程を切り戻す際には、メンテナンス期間の中で同様の通信影響が発生します。
それに伴い以下の影響が発生する可能性があります。

・仮想マシンメニュー（IaaS Compute VM）
お客様拠点から仮想マシンへのアクセスが失敗する。
仮想マシンがゾーンを超えた通信に失敗する。(IaaS Compute VM - Virtual HANA間も含む)
仮想マシンから共通機能サーバー(NTP/KMS/RHUI/SMT)へのアクセスに失敗する。

・バックアップメニュー（Data Backup、Image Backup）
IaaS Compute VMのバックアップ、リストアが失敗する、または処理が遅延する。

上記影響が確認された場合は、必要に応じて再実行をお願いいたします。

Thank you for using NTT DOCOMO BUSINESS Enterprise Cloud for ERP service.

We would like to inform you that there was an error in the service impact description included in our previously announced maintenance notification.
The service impact was described as "up to six occurrences of communication delay lasting several seconds"; however,
this description was incorrect. The correct service impact is "up to six occurrences of communication interruption lasting several seconds."
We sincerely apologize for providing incorrect information and for any inconvenience or concern this may have caused.
Accordingly, the service impact information has been revised as follows.

-Updated Service Impact
During the maintenance window, between 22:00 and 03:00, there may be up to six occurrences of communication interruption lasting several seconds each.
In addition, should an unexpected issue occur and a rollback of the maintenance work become necessary, similar communication interruptions may occur during the maintenance window.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

*Please note that in the event of unforeseen circumstances requiring us to roll back the process, the end time may be extended until 7:00 AM (JST) on Sunday, July 19, 2026, at the latest.

Tokyo DC

-Service Impact:
During the maintenance period, between 10:00 PM and 3:00 AM, communication delays of a few seconds may occur up to six times.
Please note that if an unforeseen event occurs and we need to roll back the process, similar communication issues will occur during the maintenance period.
The following impacts may occur

Virtual Machine Menu (IaaS Compute VM)
Access to virtual machines from customer sites fails.
Virtual machines fail to communicate across zones. (Including communication between IaaS Compute VMs and Virtual HANA.)
Access from virtual machines to shared service servers (NTP/KMS/RHUI/SMT) fails.

Backup Menu (Data Backup, Image Backup)
Backup and restore operations for IaaS Compute VMs fail or are delayed.

If you notice any of the above effects, please rerun the process as necessary.
